Overview:

Follow up with leads and quickly differentiate Hot, Medium, Cold prospects and assign appropriate follow up actions.

· INBOUND AND Outbound calling to buyer, seller, investor (NO COLD CALLS)

· Organize, track, and manage 2-3 marketing campaigns

· Support sales to win business from new clients

· Make recommendations on how to improve conversion rates

· Internalize sales materials to facilitate scheduling buyer and listing appointments for top agents in the office

Qualifications:

· Prefer someone with sales experience, great people and phone skills

· Must have strong sales skills to manage incoming buyer and seller leads.

· Willing to learn, internalize sales materials and calling scripts to facilitate scheduling buyer and listing appointments for top agents in the office

· Being assertive, confident, helpful and persistent are a must.

· Must have a strong work ethic, solid character and values.

· Career minded individuals looking for personal and professional growth.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.

· Strong phone and follow up skills.

· Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.

· Fluent in a second language is a plus, but not mandatory.

· Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet
