Position: Inside Sales Associate
Follow up with leads and quickly differentiate Hot, Medium, Cold prospects and assign appropriate follow up actions.
· INBOUND AND Outbound calling to buyer, seller, investor (NO COLD CALLS)
· Organize, track, and manage 2-3 marketing campaigns
· Support sales to win business from new clients
· Make recommendations on how to improve conversion rates
· Internalize sales materials to facilitate scheduling buyer and listing appointments for top agents in the office

· Prefer someone with sales experience, great people and phone skills
· Must have strong sales skills to manage incoming buyer and seller leads.
· Willing to learn, internalize sales materials and calling scripts to facilitate scheduling buyer and listing appointments for top agents in the office
